The hotel is conveniently located close to Sreepadmanabhaswamy temple, which made it easy for me to visit this iconic landmark. The cleanliness of both the rooms and bathrooms impressed me, and the staff was also very helpful during my stay. Additionally, I enjoyed the centralized control system for all room facilities and the fair pricing.

the location was very good, in front of the central railroad station. facilities and service could not be better. a 10-minute walk brings you to attukal bhagavathy temple.

The hotel is located near a famous temple and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the live music and good food offered by the hotel. The swimming pool was well maintained and perfect for relaxation during the holiday season.
The size of the bathroom was small and the view from the room was not great. Also, the air conditioning was not adjustable and the room temperature was uncomfortable. while our stay was pleasant, there were some areas for improvement in terms of the amenities.

The hotel is located at the perfect spot in the city center, close to major attractions like the famous temple and the railway station. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and limited but well-managed amenities make for a pleasant stay. The hotel features excellent bars, good service and the staff are cooperative and friendly.
Some aspects of the hotel, like the AC and Wi-Fi, need improvement.

It is near the Padmanbhanaswarmy Temple.
1) I requested for high floor but given 2nd floor. Due to little visitors, the higher floors were not maintained and hence not opened to stay. 2) Room service - additional charge of 40% (according to the restaurant attendant), possibly in the world. 3) Furniture rather worn-out. 4) Towels - not new and tired looking. 5) Bathroom mirror not clean. 6) Room cost too high for the standard.

For my Xmas stay, the hotel had nice decorations and complimentary cookies. The breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the main attractions and shopping centers. The pool was clean and a good size for a quick dip on a hot day.
The room had dampness and a musty smell. The hot water was not consistent and the bathroom was outdated.
